Eugene W. Luciani, Director

I live in Flowery Branch, Georgia with my wife and two children. I am very active in and currently serve as President of Buford Presbyterian Church. Prior to my involvement with Hi-Hope, I was the director of humanitarian faith-based group ministering to people in northern Iraq.

I am a partner in Andersen, Tate & Carr, P.C. My practice focuses on a variety of intellectual property, technology and corporate law matters, including advising nonprofit corporation. I graduated from the College of William and Mary in 1995 and received the Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, in 1999 from the University of Georgia School of Law, where I received the West Award for Labor and Employment Law and was a member of Phi Kappa Phi. From 2007-2009, I was selected as a Georgia Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine and Atlanta Magazine. I am a member of the Leadership Gwinnett Class of 2010.
