I can't read the Adobe Acrobat PDFs. What do I need to do to view these files?
PDFs are a file format that makes it easy to share documents on the web. Many times, when you click on a link for a PDF, the
document downloads and opens automatically . If this does not occur, check to see if the PDF downloaded to your Desktop.

you are still unable to view the PDFs on this site, please click on
the link to the right to download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader.
It is free and will allow you
to open PDFs, not only from this web site, but all web sites on the
internet.
